Yes, because we love animals! Baesix does not and will not conduct animal testing on the finished products or ingredients, nor do we ask others to test on our behalf.

We are proudly cruelty free and firmly stand against animal testing.

Are Baesix products vegan?

Baesix is mindful about NOT using any animal-derived ingredients in our products. For our full list of have-nots, please click (here)

Is Baesix suitable for my skin?

Baesix products are formulated for all skin types with the intention of daily regimes in mind and are certified hypoallergenic.

However if you might be suffering from severe chronic skin conditions, we would recommend consulting your doctor or dermatologist before use.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if you have encountered negative skin reactions from use of our products for assistance.

Are Baesix products suitable for pregnant or nursing mums?

We steer clear from all pregnancy related controversial ingredients in our products. (Full list of have-nots here)

However to allay any concerns, we recommend to check the full ingredients list of any product you intend to use while pregnant or nursing with your doctor, especially if you might be experiencing any unique skin issues or sensitivities during these glorious mamabear moments.

Each order comes with a tracking code in the shipment email we will send to you so you can track the status of your order there.

When will my order ship and where does Baesix ship from?

Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, it might take us a little longer than usual to ship your order and process returns.

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the following business day (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Can Baesix ship my package as a ‘gift’, or mark the value of the items lower?

We understand nobody likes to pay fees and taxes. Unfortunately, Baesix is legally obliged to declare the actual contents and value each package shipped internationally.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We regret to advice that Baesix can not cancel or amend an order once it has been confirmed.

This includes adding or removing items, changing size format or shipping details.
